Dream11-IN Screen Guide: Match Cards, Deadlines and Points Labels

Match cards, deadlines and points labels should be read in a fixed order. The screen can change by sport, contest and current rules, so a familiar colour or layout is not enough to confirm context.

Start with the match identity

Read the two team or participant names, the competition, the sport and the scheduled start time before opening a contest panel. Similar artwork can sit on several cards at once. The match identity is the anchor that prevents a timer or headline from being attached to the wrong fixture.

If the status says upcoming, live, delayed or completed, treat each state differently. A completed card should not be read as a current selection screen, and a delayed card needs a fresh schedule check.

Treat the deadline as a closure time

A countdown tells you when the current screen is expected to close. It does not guarantee that every listed player will take part, and it does not replace official line-up information. Read the deadline only after confirming the match card.

When the timer becomes too short to verify the card and current rules, wait for another match. Urgency is a screen condition, not useful evidence.

Open the scoring table for the current sport

Captain, vice-captain and role multipliers depend on the scoring rules shown for that sport and contest. Cricket, football and kabaddi use different events and labels. A scoring habit learned on one screen should not be carried into another without checking.

Look for points assigned to participation, scoring events, defensive actions, penalties and substitutions. If the table has changed, use the current version and note the update date.

Read contest conditions beside the headline

Entry amount, participant cap, prize distribution, tie handling and cancellation terms belong to the individual contest. The largest number in the headline is not a complete description. Open the smaller condition area and read it before comparing two rooms.

A private or limited-participant room may work differently from a large public room. Compare like with like and leave any unclear label unresolved rather than guessing.

Confirm line-up information from an appropriate source

The card itself may not verify final participation, injuries or late changes. Use current official match information for those facts. This guide does not invent live data and does not treat a previous line-up as confirmation for a new match.

If reliable information is unavailable, mark the player status as unconfirmed. That is more accurate than filling the gap with memory or a social post.

Keep account and wallet prompts separate

A match-reading task changes when the screen asks for account details, payment information or permission changes. Stop comparing players and verify the domain, prompt purpose and privacy information first. Do not share codes or follow unknown links.

Adults should also check local rules and eligibility requirements. Availability in one location does not establish availability everywhere.

Use a repeatable pre-screen checklist

Before continuing, be able to state the match, sport, status, deadline, scoring-table version, contest type and personal stop point in one short note. If any item is missing, return to the previous screen.

The purpose of the checklist is accuracy and control. It does not predict player performance or guarantee an outcome.

常见问题

Does the timer confirm a player will start?

No. It indicates screen closure timing; participation needs current official line-up information.

Can I use cricket scoring rules on a football card?

No. Open the scoring table for the current sport and contest.

What if a contest condition is unclear?

Do not guess. Leave the screen and continue only when the condition can be read and understood.
